Cancellations & Changes To Your Order

We process your order within 1 to 2 business days, so it is very important to contact us immediately to cancel or make a change to your order. Please call out Customer Service Representative as soon as possible at: (866) 258-2797 so we can cancel or update your order.

For Order Cancellations:
If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. You can refuse the shipment when it arrives and it will be returned to our warehouse. If the item is delivered and you contacted us before the item was delivered to you, we will consider it a valid cancellation. This means we will arrange to pick it up and not charge you for return shipping. You will find this is a unique savings that our competitors do not offer. When you order from them, once it ships, you are responsible for return shipping charges and restocking fees, even if you attempted unsucessfully to cancel the order beforehand. We love our customers and want them to be happy.

Changes to Your Order
Again, it is imperative that you contact us immediately at: (866) 258-2797so we can make the necessary changes to your order before it ships. There is no fee for order updates and changes.
